Fused Fabrication Features
- Can be heated up to 600 °C (1112 °F) for high-temperature use.
- Assembled with quartz powder — micro-gaps may absorb or stain samples over time, so long-term sample storage is not recommended.
- Excellent resistance to most acids and bases except HF.
- Not suitable for strong organic solvents such as toluene, acetone, or similar aggressive chemicals — these can damage the fused structure and shorten product lifespan.
- No adhesives used — ensuring clean, inert optical surfaces with minimal background signal.
