Description
VAOFI30 Fused Quartz IR Cuvette is a 2-window cuvette with a 30 mm optical path length and a 10.5 ml internal volume.
This long-path cuvette is designed for IR and UV/VIS absorbance spectroscopy requiring high sensitivity, especially in trace or low-concentration measurements.
The cuvette is manufactured using fused fabrication for high thermal and chemical resistance and features a round base for excellent instrument compatibility. A PTFE lid provides basic sealing during measurement.

Fused Fabrication Notes
- Can be heated up to 600 °C (1112 °F) for high-temperature applications.
- Excellent chemical resistance except to HF, toluene, acetone, and other strong organic solvents which may shorten service life.
- Powder seams may discolor over time; not recommended for long-term sample storage.
- PTFE lid provides basic coverage but is not suitable for volatile or oxygen-sensitive sample isolation.
