Description
VNE052 – 1.75 mL Quartz Fluorescence Cuvette (5 mm Lightpath, 5 Windows, PTFE Lid, Molded Fabrication)
The VNE052 is a high-precision quartz cuvette designed for fluorescence and absorbance applications where small sample volume and high measurement accuracy are essential. With a 5 mm optical path length and 5 optically clear windows, this cuvette is ideal for front-face fluorescence, right-angle detection, and high-concentration sample analysis where a standard 10 mm path length may lead to oversaturation.
Manufactured using molded fabrication, this cuvette delivers superior dimensional accuracy (±0.01 mm), excellent optical clarity, and enhanced chemical durability. Molded quartz cuvettes are one-piece structures without bonded seams, providing maximum resistance to strong acids, bases, and aggressive organic solvents. The PTFE lid offers reliable sealing and chemical resistance, reducing sample evaporation during extended measurements.
Chemical Compatibility
Molded quartz cuvettes are resistant to a broad range of corrosive and organic chemicals, making them suitable for demanding analytical environments.
- ✔ Compatible with strong acids and bases (except HF), aqueous buffers, alcohols, and most organic solvents.
- ✔ Excellent performance with aggressive solvents such as toluene, acetone, chloroform, and carbon tetrachloride.
- ❌ Not compatible with hydrofluoric acid (HF).
- Durable for long-term use in harsh chemical environments with minimal risk of damage.
Key Features
