Description

VNE048 – 35 mL Quartz Long Path Length Fluorescence Cuvette (100 mm Lightpath, 5 Windows, PTFE Lid, Molded Fabrication)

The VNE048 is a precision long path length cuvette designed to provide maximum sensitivity for low-concentration fluorescence and absorbance measurements. With a 100 mm optical path length and 5 optically clear windows, this cuvette significantly amplifies signal strength, making it ideal for trace analysis and high-precision laboratory applications.

Manufactured from high-purity quartz with molded fabrication, the cuvette ensures outstanding dimensional accuracy and optical clarity. It is suitable for measurements across the full UV/VIS spectrum (190 – 2500 nm). A PTFE lid is included, providing chemical resistance and helping to reduce sample evaporation.

Key Features

  • 100 mm optical path length: dramatically enhances detection sensitivity for dilute samples.
  • 5 optical windows: enables multiple detection angles, ideal for fluorescence experiments.
  • Quartz construction: excellent transmission from 190 – 2500 nm, suitable for UV and VIS measurements.
  • Molded fabrication: superior path length tolerance (±0.01 mm), ensuring consistent optical performance.
  • PTFE lid: resistant to most acids, bases, and organic solvents, minimizing contamination and evaporation.
  • 35 mL volume: large chamber design for long path applications.

Typical Applications

  • Trace and ultra-trace fluorescence measurements
  • Environmental monitoring (e.g., nitrates, phosphates, heavy metals)
  • Low-concentration absorbance measurements
  • Pharmaceutical and biochemical analysis
  • Material science and optical research

Why QVARZ Cuvettes and Cells?

QVARZ is world-renowned as the producer of premium quartz cuvettes. Over fifteen years of experience manufacturing quartz cuvettes ensures that every QVARZ cuvettes are manufactured to the most exacting standards for reproducible results.

  • Spectrophotometry cuvettes - Most spectrophotometry applications in the visible and UV ranges benefit from QVARZ spectrophotometry cuvettes. Our cuvettes made of fused quartz material deliver precise and reliable readings even at wavelengths as low as 190 nm. QVARZ cuvettes are compatible with most spectrophotometers and photometers with standard 0.2 - 100 mm path lengths.

  • Fluorometry cuvettes - QVARZ brings two decades of experience molding high-quality spectrophotometry cuvettes to new four-sided clear cuvettes for fluorometry. Available in standard quartz material with ultra-low auto-fluorescence for the highest precision measurements.

  • Protective packaging - QVARZ cuvettes are encased in dust-free, low scratching expanded polystyrene packaging. This ensures that premium cuvettes arrive in the laboratory ina the same pristine condition they were in at the factory, with optical quality windows and free of contaminants.

  • Volumes for most purposes - Our cuvettes are available in a variety of ranges from macro to macro semi-micro sizes to respond to the needs of most scientific applications. We are also able to customize sample volume to deliver consistent, accurate findings.

  • Perform consistently - QVARZ Cuvettes are constructed from high-quality fused quartz materials and are grouped by manufacturing mold cavities to ensure the lowest fluctuation in extinction coefficient.

  • Customization - Custom cuvettes and cells are encouraged and available upon request; mechanical drawings with specifications and tolerances are prerequisites. Awesome pricing and flexibility on small quantities.
