Description
VLMEE Flow Cell is a high-quality quartz flow cell designed for fluorescence spectroscopy and other precision optical applications requiring stable flow and high optical transmission. With a 10 mm optical path length and a 3.5 mL internal volume, it is ideal for medium-to-large sample volumes while maintaining excellent measurement stability and repeatability.
This model uses molded fabrication, which provides outstanding optical clarity, smooth interior surfaces, and superior tolerance control (±0.01 mm). The integrated PTFE connectors offer reliable, chemically resistant fluid connections, making it suitable for continuous-flow measurement environments and OEM system integration.
Molded Fabrication Features
- Excellent optical transmission and precision from 190–2500 nm.
- No adhesives — ensuring clean and inert flow channels.
- Resistant to most acids, bases, and solvents (except HF and aggressive organics like toluene or acetone).
- Capable of withstanding up to 1200 °C (short-term) and 600 °C (long-term).
- Path length tolerance of ±0.01 mm, significantly more accurate than bonded or fused types.
Typical Applications
- Fluorescence spectroscopy
- Liquid chromatography detection systems
- Biological and chemical process monitoring
- OEM analytical instruments
Key Features
- 10 mm optical path length
- 3.5 mL internal volume
