Description
VLFEE Flow Cell is a premium quartz flow cell designed for fluorescence spectroscopy and other high-sensitivity optical measurements. It features a 10 mm optical path length and 3.5 mL internal volume, providing excellent transmission stability and reliable performance for various analytical applications.
This model uses fused fabrication, assembled with quartz powder at high temperature without adhesives. This ensures good optical clarity and chemical resistance. The PTFE connectors provide strong chemical compatibility and secure connections for continuous-flow setups and laboratory instrumentation.
Fused Fabrication Features
- Excellent optical transmission from 190–2500 nm.
- No adhesive used — clean and inert flow channels.
- Can withstand up to 600 °C during long-term use.
- Good resistance to most acids and bases (except HF).
- Important: Not recommended for long-term storage of samples. Organic solvents such as toluene, acetone, or other aggressive organics may stain or damage the seams.
- Typical path length tolerance: ±0.06–0.08 mm.
Typical Applications
- Fluorescence spectroscopy
- Liquid chromatography flow detection
- Environmental and chemical monitoring systems
- OEM and research instrumentation
