Description
VLMM6 Flow Cell is a precision-engineered quartz flow cell designed for fluorescence spectroscopy and other high-sensitivity optical detection applications. With a 7 mm optical path length and an internal volume of 1800 μL, it provides stable signal transmission and excellent compatibility with a wide range of experimental setups.
This model adopts molded fabrication, ensuring exceptional optical clarity, smooth channel surfaces, and high dimensional accuracy (±0.01 mm path length tolerance). The M6 screw PTFE connectors provide secure and airtight fluid connections, making it ideal for continuous-flow measurements and OEM system integration.
Molded Fabrication Features
- High optical precision with excellent transmission from 190–2500 nm.
- No adhesives used — clean, inert flow channels.
- Resistant to acids, bases, and solvents (except HF and aggressive organics like toluene or acetone).
- Can withstand up to 1200 °C short-term or 600 °C long-term.
- Superior tolerance control (±0.01 mm) compared to fused and bonded types.
Typical Applications
- Fluorescence spectroscopy
- Liquid chromatography flow detection
- Biological and environmental monitoring systems
- High-sensitivity OEM optical instruments
Key Features
- 7 mm optical path length
- 1.8 mL internal volume
