This long tube cuvette is for fluorescence applications, with a path length of 10mm. Resistant to chemicals. Use up to 1200°C. The price is for 1 piece.
- Type: Molded
Description
VAOMT03 Quartz Cuvette with Tube is a precision molded quartz cuvette for high-accuracy fluorescence/UV-Vis measurements. With four optical windows, a 10 mm optical path, and a 3.5 ml chamber, it delivers stable, high-sensitivity results in benchtop spectroscopy. The extended quartz tube (OD 8 mm, ID 6 mm) is designed for convenient filling and reliable sealing while minimizing sample disturbance.
Key Advantages
- Four clear windows support right-angle fluorescence and flexible optical geometry.
- Molded fabrication achieves the highest optical quality with a typical path-length tolerance of ±0.01 mm.
- Wide spectral usability: 190–2500 nm (UV/VIS).
- Extended quartz tube simplifies handling for precise, repeatable static measurements.
Typical Applications
- Right-angle fluorescence spectroscopy
- UV/Vis absorbance and transmission testing
- Photoluminescence and other high-precision benchtop assays
Molded Fabrication Notes
- Provides top-tier optical finish and dimensional accuracy for superior SNR and reproducibility.
- Chemical compatibility: suitable for most acids, bases, and organic solvents that do not react with quartz — including strong organics such as toluene and acetone. Do not use HF (hydrofluoric acid) or reagents known to attack quartz.
