Fused Fabrication Notes
- Fused quartz allows high optical transmission and stable dimensions under high temperatures (up to 600 °C).
- Not suitable for HF or aggressive organic solvents (e.g., toluene, acetone).
- Powder seams may discolor over time but do not affect optical performance.
- Dimensional tolerance: ±0.06–0.08 mm.
