Description
VAOF39 Fused Quartz Fluorescence Cuvette is a custom-dimension cuvette with a 3.9 ml capacity and dual optical path lengths of 5 mm and 21 mm. Its compact geometry (40 × 25 mm) and 4 clear windows make it ideal for fluorescence spectroscopy, custom analytical systems, and OEM instrument integration.
This model reflects our ability to produce non-standard fused quartz cuvettes tailored to specific optical configurations, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility with advanced detection setups.
Key Features
- Custom dual light path (5 mm & 21 mm) — allows flexible experimental configurations in one cuvette.
- 4 clear windows — optimized for fluorescence excitation and emission at 90° detection.
- Compact external size (40 × 25 mm) — suitable for small sample compartments and OEM integration.
- Fused quartz material — ensures excellent UV transmission, high temperature tolerance, and chemical resistance.
- Broad wavelength range: 190–2500 nm — suitable for UV/VIS/NIR fluorescence applications.
Typical Applications
- Fluorescence spectroscopy experiments
- OEM and custom instrument integration
- Environmental monitoring and biochemical assays
- Advanced analytical R&D and low-volume sample testing
Fused Fabrication Notes
- Fused quartz provides superior optical transmission and thermal stability up to 600 °C.
- Not suitable for hydrofluoric acid (HF) or strong organic solvents such as toluene and acetone.
- Powder seams may discolor over time but do not affect measurement accuracy.
- Typical dimensional tolerance: ±0.06–0.08 mm.
