- Custom instrument integration and OEM use
- Specialized analytical applications in R&D
- Experimental setups requiring non-standard cuvette geometry
- Laboratory users needing exact dimension control for optical alignment
Key Features
- Customized dimensions — precisely fabricated for specialized instrument compatibility.
- 2-window design — ideal for standard transmission and absorbance measurements.
- Fused fabrication — ensures excellent thermal resistance (up to 600 °C) and chemical durability.
- High-purity quartz — superior optical clarity for UV/VIS and NIR applications.
- Wavelength range — 190–2500 nm, suitable for most analytical instruments.
Typical Applications
- OEM and custom system integration
- Custom experimental optical setups
- Material science and spectroscopy R&D
- Precision absorbance and transmission measurements
Fused Fabrication Notes
- Fused quartz provides excellent stability, high temperature resistance, and optical quality.
- Not suitable for hydrofluoric acid (HF) or strong organic solvents such as toluene and acetone.
- Powder seams may discolor over time but do not affect performance.
- Typical dimensional tolerance: ±0.06–0.08 mm.
