The VFOB17 is a custom-designed bonded quartz cuvette optimized for high-sensitivity fluorescence and UV/VIS absorption spectroscopy. It features a dual optical path length of 10.5 mm and 10 mm, providing flexibility for different optical configurations. With a 1.2 mL sample volume and four optical windows, this cuvette is ideal for experiments requiring high precision and multi-angle fluorescence detection.

About Bonded Fabrication

  • Bonded quartz cuvettes are made from precision-ground quartz plates, providing stable and accurate path lengths.
  • Typical tolerance: ±0.06–0.08 mm.
  • Chemically resistant to most aqueous solutions and mild solvents (not suitable for HF or aggressive organic solvents such as toluene or acetone).

About Four-Window Design

  • Allows simultaneous excitation and emission detection.
  • Optimized for fluorescence measurements and compatible with 90° detection geometries.
  • Also suitable for absorbance experiments.
