About Bonded Fabrication
- Bonded quartz cuvettes are made from precision-ground quartz plates, providing stable and accurate path lengths.
- Typical tolerance: ±0.06–0.08 mm.
- Chemically resistant to most aqueous solutions and mild solvents (not suitable for HF or aggressive organic solvents such as toluene or acetone).
About Four-Window Design
- Allows simultaneous excitation and emission detection.
- Optimized for fluorescence measurements and compatible with 90° detection geometries.
- Also suitable for absorbance experiments.
Usage Notes
- Excellent for medium-volume fluorescence and UV/VIS spectroscopy.
- Ensure careful handling and cleaning to protect optical surfaces.
- Ideal for use in custom optical setups or compact instruments.
Note: Bonded quartz cuvettes provide excellent optical stability and are widely used in fluorescence spectroscopy where precise alignment and clear transmission are critical.
