Description
VFOB04 Ultra Micro Fluorescence Cuvette is a sub-micro quartz cuvette with an extremely short 2 mm optical pathlength and an ultra-low sample volume of only 4 µL. Its black wall design provides maximum stray light suppression and high signal-to-noise performance, ideal for trace fluorescence measurements.
Key Features
- 4 µL ultra-micro volume, perfect for rare or high-value biological samples.
- 2 mm optical pathlength enables high sensitivity with minimal sample use.
- Black walls effectively reduce background noise and scattered light.
- 3 optical windows optimized for fluorescence excitation and emission detection.
- Bonded fabrication ensures tight sealing and stable optical performance.
Typical Applications
- Ultra-micro fluorescence spectroscopy
- Trace protein and DNA analysis
- Clinical diagnostics and biochemical assays
- Fluorescence kinetic and concentration measurements
Bonded Fabrication Notes
- Precision bonded seams provide high optical clarity and structural stability.
- Light path tolerance: ±0.06 – 0.08 mm
- Not suitable for HF and strong organic solvents.
