- Type: Bonded, For Aqueous Samples Only
Description
VFOB03 Ultra Micro Fluorescence Cuvette is a high-precision sub-micro volume quartz cuvette featuring an extremely short 1.5 mm optical pathlength and a sample volume of just 3 µL. Its black wall design minimizes background and stray light, making it ideal for high-sensitivity fluorescence measurements with minimal sample consumption.
Key Features
- Ultra-micro volume — only 3 µL, ideal for rare or precious samples.
- 1.5 mm optical pathlength enhances fluorescence signal with minimal dilution.
- Black walls provide excellent suppression of stray light and background.
- Three optical windows enable optimized excitation and emission detection geometry.
- Bonded fabrication ensures tight sealing and high optical stability.
Typical Applications
- High-sensitivity fluorescence spectroscopy
- DNA / RNA / protein quantification at ultra-low volumes
- Clinical diagnostics and biochemical assays
- Trace fluorescence measurements and kinetic studies
Bonded Fabrication Notes
- Precision bonded seams ensure optical clarity and mechanical stability
- Light path tolerance: ±0.06 – 0.08 mm
- Not suitable for HF and strong organic solvents
