Description
VASMS3 – Semi-Micro Absorption Cuvette (Molded, 3 mm Width, 2 Windows, Screw Cap)
The VASMS3 cuvette is a high-performance molded quartz cuvette designed for precise UV/VIS absorbance measurements. With a 3 mm narrow width and a sample volume of 1050 μL, it provides an excellent balance between sensitivity and sample economy. The molded fabrication offers the highest optical quality and broad chemical resistance, while the screw cap ensures a secure seal to minimize evaporation and contamination during measurements.
Key Features
- Molded fabrication – highest cuvette quality: superior optical clarity and tight pathlength tolerances.
- Broad chemical resistance: compatible with strong acids, strong bases, toluene, acetone, and most strong organic solvents (except HF).
- 3 mm narrow width: ideal for medium-concentration measurements with excellent signal-to-noise performance.
- Screw cap: provides a reliable seal to reduce sample evaporation and contamination.
- Suitable for UV/VIS wavelength range (190–2500 nm).
Typical Applications
- UV/VIS absorbance spectroscopy
- Organic solvent and strong reagent analysis
- Pharmaceutical and biochemical assays
- Routine laboratory and industrial applications
