Description
VASMS2 – Semi-Micro Absorption Cuvette (Molded, 2 mm Width, 2 Windows, Screw Cap)
The VASMS2 cuvette is a high-quality molded quartz cuvette designed for precise UV/VIS absorbance measurements with narrow 2 mm width.
This semi-micro cuvette requires only 700 μL of sample while providing excellent optical performance. The molded fabrication ensures maximum chemical resistance and long-term durability, while the screw cap offers a secure seal to prevent evaporation and contamination.
Key Features
- Molded fabrication – highest cuvette quality: exceptional optical clarity and dimensional precision.
- Chemical resistance: compatible with strong acids, strong bases, toluene, acetone, and most strong organic solvents (except HF).
- 2 mm narrow width: ideal for medium-concentration samples and low sample consumption.
- Screw cap design: provides airtight sealing to prevent evaporation and contamination.
- UV/VIS wavelength range (190–2500 nm), suitable for most spectrophotometers.
Typical Applications
- UV/VIS absorbance spectroscopy
- Analysis of organic solvents and strong reagents
- Biochemical and molecular biology assays
- Routine laboratory and industrial testing
