Description
VLMPT Flow Cell is a precision quartz flow cell designed for fluorescence spectroscopy and other high-sensitivity optical measurements. With a 10 mm optical path length and 3.5 mL internal volume, it is ideal for medium-to-large sample flow applications that demand stable optical performance and excellent chemical resistance.
This model uses molded fabrication, delivering exceptional surface quality, high optical clarity, and superior tolerance control (±0.01 mm). The integrated PTFE connectors ensure secure and chemically inert fluid handling, making the cell suitable for both analytical laboratories and OEM system integration.
Molded Fabrication Features
- Excellent optical transmission (190–2500 nm) with high surface precision.
- No adhesives — clean, inert flow channels for reliable measurements.
- Resistant to acids, bases, and most solvents (except HF and aggressive organics like toluene or acetone).
- High temperature resistance: up to 1200 °C short-term and 600 °C long-term.
- Path length tolerance of ±0.01 mm, offering higher precision than fused or bonded cells.
Typical Applications
- Fluorescence spectroscopy with continuous flow
- Liquid chromatography detectors
- Biological and environmental monitoring
- High-precision optical instrumentation
Key Features
- 10 mm optical path length
