Description
VFOMS4 – 1.4 mL Semi-Micro Quartz Fluorescence Cuvette (Molded, 4 mm Width, 4 Windows, PTFE Lid)
The VFOMS4 is a precision molded quartz cuvette engineered for UV/VIS fluorescence spectroscopy.
With a 4 mm internal width and a 10 mm optical path length, it is ideal for fluorescence measurements that require higher sample volumes and excellent optical performance.
Its 4-window configuration allows for both excitation and emission detection, while molded fabrication ensures the highest level of dimensional accuracy and chemical resistance.
Key Features
- Sample volume: 1.4 mL (1400 µL) — ideal for fluorescence experiments requiring moderate sample amounts.
- 4 mm internal width: optimized for efficient fluorescence signal detection with stable optical alignment.
- 10 mm optical path length: standard geometry compatible with most spectrofluorometers and spectrophotometers.
- 4 optical windows: suitable for right-angle excitation and emission measurements.
- Molded fabrication: ±0.01 mm path length tolerance — the highest precision in cuvette production.
- Outstanding chemical resistance: compatible with almost all chemicals except HF, including strong organic solvents such as toluene and acetone.
- Wavelength range: UV/VIS (190–2500 nm).
Typical Applications
- Fluorescence spectroscopy
- Biochemical and pharmaceutical research
- Protein, dye, and molecular probe studies
- Environmental and analytical testing
