VAPB100 Sub Micro Absorption Cuvette with PTFE Stopper

The VAPB100 is an airtight sub-micro quartz cuvette designed for UV/VIS absorption measurements with limited sample volumes.
It features a 10 mm optical pathlength and 100 µL volume, making it ideal for high-sensitivity assays and low-sample applications.
The all-black wall minimizes stray light, while the PTFE stopper ensures an airtight seal, reducing evaporation and sample contamination.

Bonded Fabrication Notes

Recommended for aqueous and mild buffer solutions only.
Not suitable for HF, strong acids/bases, strong organic solvents, or prolonged high-temperature conditions.
Advantages: low cost, fast customization, and short delivery time.
Typical optical path tolerance: ±0.06 – 0.08 mm.
Bond seams may discolor with strongly staining samples. For higher solvent resistance and durability, consider fused or molded cuvettes.
