Description

VAOF10 Fused Quartz Absorption Cuvette is a 2-window cuvette with a 10 mm optical path length and a 10 ml volume. This model is a typical long-path cuvette, designed to enhance detection sensitivity and enable accurate measurement of low-concentration samples in UV/VIS spectroscopy.

The extended optical path increases the interaction between the light beam and the sample, amplifying weak absorbance signals. This makes VAOF10 particularly valuable in trace analysis, environmental testing, and advanced R&D applications where high sensitivity is required.

Fused Fabrication Notes

  • Fused quartz provides outstanding optical clarity, high temperature resistance, and solvent compatibility.
  • Not suitable for hydrofluoric acid (HF) or aggressive organic solvents like toluene and acetone.
  • Powder seams may discolor over time but do not affect optical performance.
  • Typical path length tolerance: ±0.06–0.08 mm.
