Description
VLM14 Flow Through Cell is a precision-molded quartz cuvette designed for UV/VIS absorption spectroscopy, featuring a 1 mm optical path length and a 350 μL internal volume. The short optical path is ideal for high-concentration samples, minimizing signal saturation while maintaining high measurement accuracy.
This cell is constructed with molded fabrication, ensuring excellent optical clarity, minimal path length tolerance (±0.01 mm), and superior chemical resistance. The quartz tubing connectors (OD 4 mm / ID 2 mm) allow easy integration with flow analysis systems, making it suitable for both laboratory and OEM applications.
Molded Fabrication Features
- High UV/VIS transmittance across 190–2500 nm.
- Ultra-precise path length tolerance (±0.01 mm) for accurate measurements.
- Seamless flow channel with no adhesives, ensuring clean sample paths.
- Excellent resistance to acids, bases, and most solvents (except HF).
- Thermal stability up to 1200 °C short-term and 600 °C long-term.
Typical Applications
- UV/VIS absorption spectroscopy for high-concentration samples
- Flow injection analysis (FIA) and process monitoring
