Description
VLB205 Custom Flow Cell is a dual-path bonded quartz cuvette designed for high-precision absorbance and transmission measurements at short path lengths of 2 mm and 0.5 mm. The compact design with 2 optical windows and 2 open ends makes it ideal for integration into customized flow systems or OEM analytical instruments.
Thanks to its bonded fabrication, this cuvette offers high optical alignment accuracy while maintaining a faster and more flexible production timeline than fully fused methods. The short path lengths are particularly well suited for high-concentration samples, ensuring accurate absorbance readings without signal saturation.
Typical Applications
- UV/VIS absorbance measurements at short path lengths
- High concentration sample analysis
- Inline flow-through measurements
- Custom analytical instrument integration
- OEM optical system design
Key Features
- Dual lightpath: 2 mm and 0.5 mm for flexible optical configurations
- Bonded quartz construction for high precision and shorter lead time
- 2 open ends — easy integration into flow systems
- Excellent UV/VIS transmission from 190 to 2500 nm
- Ideal for high concentration absorbance assays
