Description
VLMD02 Ultra Micro Detachable Cuvette is a precision quartz cuvette designed for short path length absorbance measurements. With a 0.2 mm optical path and only 60 μL required sample volume, it is ideal for high-concentration solutions and sensitive UV/VIS spectroscopic applications (190 – 2500 nm).
The detachable structure allows for easy cleaning and reusability, while the molded fabrication provides excellent optical clarity, cost efficiency, and stable performance under demanding conditions.
Why Molded Fabrication?
- Produced by precision molding without adhesives — ensuring clean optical surfaces and stable performance.
- Resistant to strong acids, bases, and organic solvents (except HF), and suitable for use up to 1200 °C.
- Excellent UV/VIS transmission from 190 nm to 2500 nm.
- High batch consistency — suitable for standard instruments and OEM applications.
- Fast production cycle and cost-effective compared with fused fabrication, while maintaining reliable chemical resistance and optical quality.
