Description
VLM600 Flow Through Cell is a precision quartz flow cuvette designed for absorption measurements in UV/VIS spectroscopy. With a 2 mm optical path length and a 600 μL internal volume, it offers an optimal balance between sample economy and measurement sensitivity, making it ideal for small to medium volume continuous flow applications.
This model uses molded fabrication, which ensures exceptional optical clarity, tight path length tolerance (±0.01 mm), and smooth internal surfaces for stable and accurate readings. Its robust structure and quartz side tubing allow for easy integration into flow systems.
Molded Fabrication Features
- Superior optical surface quality and excellent UV/VIS transmission (190–2500 nm).
- Very tight path length tolerance of ±0.01 mm, ideal for high-precision measurements.
- No adhesives used, ensuring clean and inert flow channels.
- Good resistance to acids, bases, and most chemicals except HF.
- Also compatible with strong organic solvents such as toluene or acetone.
- Capable of short-term heating up to 1200 °C and long-term use at 600 °C.
