Description
VFOB200 Sub-Micro Quartz Fluorescence Cuvette is a bonded quartz cell designed for precise fluorescence and absorbance spectroscopy using small-volume samples. With a 200 μL chamber and all-clear wall design, this cuvette provides excellent light transmission and enables reliable excitation–emission detection in research, QC, and analytical applications.
Unlike standard cuvettes, the sub-micro design minimizes sample use while maintaining measurement sensitivity and reproducibility.
The bonded fabrication ensures stable geometry and long-term durability for routine use in demanding laboratory environments.
Typical Applications
- Fluorescence assays with limited sample volume
- Nucleic acid and protein quantification
- Biochemical and enzymatic reaction studies
- Pharmaceutical and biotech R&D
- Integration in automated and OEM instrument systems
Key Features
- 200 μL internal volume — ideal for precious or rare samples
- 4 clear walls allow multi-directional optical access
- Bonded quartz construction for high precision and durability
- Excellent UV-Vis transmission (190–2500 nm)
- Compatible with standard fluorescence and absorbance instruments
