Returns & Refunds
At Qvarz, we strive to deliver the highest quality in every product we ship. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to accept same product exchanges or provide a full refund under the following conditions within 30 days of delivery:
- Products are defective.
- Used or damaged items (caused by customer mishandling) are not eligible for a refund or return.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at support@qvarz.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Please include:
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos or a short video of the product as supporting evidence
- Once approved, we will send you the RA# and the address of the nearest return warehouse.
- Please use a trackable shipping service—we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address used for your purchase.
💳 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card company – refunds may take several business days to post.
- Then check with your bank – processing delays can occur.
Some banks or card providers may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund.

🚚 Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at support@qvarz.com.
This policy excludes delays caused by customer errors in shipping details or missed delivery attempts.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as they are available. If you haven’t received one, feel free to contact us.
✏️ Address Errors or Changes
If you entered the wrong shipping address:
- Email us immediately at support@qvarz.com.
- We might be able to update it—however, if your order has already shipped or is processing, we cannot guarantee address changes.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout. Orders are processed based on the information you provide.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order by email.
Cancellations made within this 2-day window are eligible for a full refund, excluding credit card processing fees.
After 2 days, cancellations are no longer possible.
