Das Präzisions-Fertigungsverfahren erfordert Einzelstück-Herstellung oder direkten Zusammenbau durch Schmelzen ohne die Verwendung von Klebstoffen für jede Küvette und Zelle. Dies bietet Beständigkeit gegen chemische Angriffe sowie Temperaturschwankungen. Je nach verwendetem Transmissionsmaterial hat jede Küvette und Zelle hohe Transmissionswerte mit Leistungsattributen, die das Spektrum von 190 nm bis 3500 nm abdecken.
