Il metodo di produzione di precisione richiede la fabbricazione di un unico pezzo o l’assemblaggio per fusione diretta senza l’uso di adesivi per ciascuna cuvetta e cella. Ciò fornisce resistenza agli attacchi chimici e alle variazioni di temperatura. A seconda del materiale di trasmissione utilizzato, ciascuna cuvetta e cella ha valori di trasmittanza elevati con attributi prestazionali che coprono lo spettro da 190 nm a 3500 nm.
