Las cuatro ventanas pulidas permiten realizar mediciones de fluorescencia en \u00e1ngulo recto con respecto a la trayectoria del haz. Se pueden utilizar procedimientos de limpieza de \u00f3ptica est\u00e1ndar para limpiar las cubetas. Las ventanas de haz pasante de estas cubetas se pueden utilizar para diferentes aplicaciones espectrosc\u00f3picas, a pesar de que est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para fluorescencia. Las cubetas con dos lados pulidos y dos esmerilados tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n disponibles en Qvarz\u00ae para estas otras mediciones espectrosc\u00f3picas (ver arriba).<\/p>\n<p>Nuestras cubetas cuentan con un di\u00e1metro exterior cuadrado de 12,5 mm, una longitud de paso de 10 mm a trav\u00e9s de la muestra y capacidades que van desde 350 microlitros hasta 3,5 mililitros. Adem\u00e1s de las cubetas ordinarias de tipo &#8220;fusionado&#8221; (es decir, VFPFA), se ofrecen cubetas de paso corto o largo (1, 2 mm) en un tipo &#8220;moldeado&#8221; para aumentar la resistencia qu\u00edmica (es decir, VFPM5). <span style=\"background-color: var(--color-background);\">Todas estas cubetas vienen con un tap\u00f3n de PTFE para evitar la contaminaci\u00f3n por polvo y otras part\u00edculas y para fines de sellado herm\u00e9tico. Las ventanas de haz pasante de estas cubetas se pueden utilizar para diferentes aplicaciones espectrosc\u00f3picas, a pesar de que est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para fluorescencia. Las cubetas con dos lados pulidos y dos esmerilados tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n disponibles en Qvarz\u00ae para estas otras mediciones espectrosc\u00f3picas (ver arriba).<\/p>\n<p>Nuestras cubetas cuentan con un di\u00e1metro exterior cuadrado de 12,5 mm, una longitud de paso de 10 mm a trav\u00e9s de la muestra y capacidades que van desde 700 microlitros hasta 3,5 mililitros. Adem\u00e1s de las cubetas ordinarias de tipo &#8220;fusionado&#8221; (es decir, VFSF2), se ofrecen cubetas de paso corto o largo (2, 5, 32 mm) en un tipo &#8220;moldeado&#8221; para aumentar la resistencia qu\u00edmica (es decir, VFSM41). Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que las longitudes de la trayectoria \u00f3ptica de las cubetas desechables individuales, que normalmente se desechan despu\u00e9s de su uso, var\u00edan ligeramente. Sin embargo, son una alternativa pr\u00e1ctica y menos costosa a las celdas de cuarzo siempre que no se requieran mediciones en el rango de longitud de onda ultravioleta por debajo de aproximadamente 320 nm. Estas cubetas se etiquetan con frecuencia como &#8220;G&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: var(--font-primary); letter-spacing: 0px; background-color: var(--color-background); color: var(--color-text);\">Cuando se utilizan cubetas de vidrio o cuarzo, se realiza una serie de mediciones para eliminar las variaciones en las longitudes de camino \u00f3ptico de una celda a otra. Las celdas desechables est\u00e1n hechas de pl\u00e1stico y se pueden desechar una vez que se han usado. A diferencia de las celdas de vidrio y cuarzo mencionadas anteriormente, cada muestra se coloca en una celda desechable separada. Debido a que las diferencias en la longitud del camino \u00f3ptico ocurren a menudo de una celda a otra, obtener datos correctos es un desaf\u00edo. Cuando no es necesaria una gran precisi\u00f3n de medida, se utilizan c\u00e9lulas desechables. Son \u00fatiles para medir muestras biol\u00f3gicas en las que es dif\u00edcil lavar el material de la c\u00e9lula. Las celdas desechables no son capaces de medir muestras que destruyen pl\u00e1sticos, como solventes org\u00e1nicos, porque est\u00e1n construidas de pl\u00e1stico.
