Men i tilf\u00e6lde, hvor v\u00e6rdier ikke giver indlysende mening, eller hvis de varierer betydeligt, kan fejlfinding v\u00e6re kompleks. Det er derfor nyttigt at eliminere mulige fejlkilder fra starten og v\u00e6re s\u00e6rlig opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende overvejelser ved ops\u00e6tning og udf\u00f8relse af fotometriske m\u00e5linger. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ops\u00e6tning &amp; Milj\u00f8<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Opl\u00f8sningsmiddel <\/strong><br\/>Absorbansen af en pr\u00f8ve er p\u00e5virket af dens pH og ionstyrken af dens opl\u00f8sningsmiddel [1]. Buffere med et lavt saltindhold og en neutral eller let alkalisk pH, som forhindrer variationer i pH, anbefales. Det er derfor vigtigt at blande pr\u00f8veopl\u00f8sningen grundigt f\u00f8r og efter hvert fortyndingstrin, s\u00e5vel som umiddelbart f\u00f8r m\u00e5ling.
